One monthly price. Website included.

All managed plans include your initial website build or rebuild, carry a 12-month initial minimum term, and continue under the agreement’s renewal terms after that.

  • Fixes for anything I built, at no charge
  • New integrations or substantial new functionality may be an add-on, a move to Complete, or a separate quote.

  • Everything in Complete’s ongoing service
  • Daily backups, with three months of restore points
  • Highest priority — same-business-day routine work where practical
  • Maintenance and defect coverage for the software I build you
  • Technical advisory: vendor evaluation, automation, risk-spotting
  • Emergency response when a digital problem is materially interrupting your business
  • No nickel-and-diming for ordinary work. Routine support, maintenance, advice, reasonable incremental development, and emergencies are included.
  • A materially new, substantial project can still be scoped and quoted separately.

Foundation covers a normal local-business website. Some businesses need one or two more things without stepping up to Complete — that’s what add-ons are for. Optional add-ons available — ask about your specific needs.

Need more than a couple of these? Complete usually makes more sense — we’ll figure out the right fit in the consultation.

A meaningful investigation of an existing website or system, with a written plan for what to do next. Not required for every project.

Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax. Separately scoped work outside a project is billed hourly — $175 standard, $150 for managed-service clients — but most projects never need it.
